Beeswax Bar
Sometimes we need to get our milk paint to distress when not painting over a previous finish which can be hard to achieve. But if you have a resist, such as beeswax under your coat of paint you can easily make that happen!
Our new beeswax bar makes that easier than ever!
Simply paint your first coat (or leave as bare wood) then rub the beeswax bar in the places you want it to distress. Add your second coat and when it is dry, lightly sand it - anywhere the beeswax was placed will 'resist' and chip away to create a distressed finish, exposing the colour or wood underneath.
